Worst ever summer hits these US cities

Several most prominent and highly populated American cities stand out to constantly get hot weather. The climate over most of the world is hot from June to September, but severe summer has hit the cities mentioned here. A few of them have average daytime temperatures up to 40 °C or even more. The ranking is based on the data collected by the NOAA's National Climatic Data Center.
The officials of the US Census Bureau are of the view that travelers should not choose these places as their summer destinations. So, if your plan is to go abroad to spend the holidays, we recommend you opt for a European city or another place where the climate is not too hot to make you feel tired.

Phoenix, Arizona

This capital of Arizona is said to have the most severe summer. It is one of the largest American cities having an estimated population of 1,563,025 people. Phoenix is always a target of the international and local tourists when it comes to spending vacations. Also known as the Valley of the Sun, this city should not be in your list if you’ve made the mind to visit the United States this summer. Settled in 1867 as one of the major agricultural communities of the world, Phoenix is where the Salt and Gila Rivers flow together. Mainly its climate is subtropical, but summers always give tough times because of their long duration and temperature up to 37 °C. Geographically, this city is in the southeastern part of the USA, and between southern Tucson and northern Flagstaff. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city is spread over an area of 516.7 square miles and has a low-density rate that is about 2,597 individuals per square mile.

Las Vegas, Nevada

Las Vegas is one of the most amazing cities in the world. It offers plenty of chances for tourists to get the best out of their time. This populous land of Nevadais locally called Las Vegas. Internationally, it is renowned as a resort city. During your stay here, you will never be short of shopping centers to explore. Besides all this, the Nevada’s city is the commercial and financial hub. Established in 1905, Las Vegas was incorporated as a city back in 1911. It is where Hollywood actors and actresses love to come to enjoy delicious cuisines and to experience great nightlife. Being situated on the floor of the Mojave Desert, the average summer temperature of Las Vegas is always around 36 °C - 40 °C.

Dallas, Texas

Dallas is one of the major cities in Texas and a large urban center of the USA. Following Houston and San Antonio, this city is the third most highly populated. It is of historical importance, and that’s the reason international tourists choose Dallas for exploring monuments and collections. These are kept on display at many of Dallas’s museums. According to the United States Census, the city’s population is over 1,300,092. Being the large economic center, Dallas always remains crowded. It is true that this site is good for banking, commerce, telecommunication, technology, energy, healthcare and medical related projects/businesses, but we still recommend that you don’t go there during the summer. Reports of the Globalization and World Cities Study Group & Network reveal that the severe summers have hit Dallas, and the average temperature is over 41 °C.
