It would not be wrong to say that the crime rate is increasing in parts of the US, Canada, England, and other big countries of the world. The FBI has reported that more than 1,197,204 violent crimes were committed in 2015, and the first half of 2016. The crime rate is not uniform in all parts of America. Some of its cities are far more dangerous than the rest. Here we have talked about the most dangerous cities in the US.

Kansas City - most dangerous city in the US

Kansas City is one of the largest and most populated cities in America. It is situated in the US state of Missouri. The "U.S. Census Bureau" has reported that its approximate population is 573,378. Being an anchor and richly populated city, the crime and murder rates in Kansas City are very high. Here the working women are kidnapped and raped in a large number. The government has taken measures to reduce the number of street crimes. Spread in an area of 319.03 square miles, Kansas City is overlooked by glaciers.  Crimes in this city are up because of the high rate of unemployment, a report reveals. By the whole, this city is not safe for you if you have plans to reside in the US.

Oakland, California - most violent city of America

Oakland is a prominent city of California, United States. It is one of the three largest cities of the San Francisco Bay Area, and has an estimated population of 519,267. It is serving as a trade center for the San Francisco Bay Area. Oakland is said to be the hub of criminals. Gang rapes, street crimes, and murders are very common in this city. Located five miles to the east of San Francisco, this city is unsafe for international tourists. Lake Merritt is a place where visitors love to go, and here you would come across numerous pickpockets. Nationwide aggravated assaults have been increased tremendously.
