The high-profile celebrity weddings make us feel uber-jealous. It is due to the reason that the successful individuals spend millions of bucks on both necessary and even the unnecessary arrangements. Surprisingly, several Hollywood couples chose to take the different route. Their weddings have been arranged in very simple and decent ways. Some of these stars spent only a few hundred dollars to tie the knot. They didn’t invite so many relatives, friends, and media persons who could photograph the ceremony. Super impressive marriages nowadays cost more than $50,000. The Hollywood couples we are going to discuss here gave preference to low-cost marriages, but this has never impacted their overall reputation.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

This Hollywood couple fooled the fans for many years. Firstly they were assumed to be nothing more than good friends. Then they got engaged and for long they did not announce when they were going to get married. Finally, in August 2014, Brad and Angelina tied the knot in a private ceremony in France. They had invited only some close relatives. Brad’s mother looked after the wedding arrangements. Reportedly, the guest list included not more than 25 persons. When the news of the undercover marriage came out, the fans of Jolie and Pitt were excited that they had finally taken the right decision.

Nancy Shevell and Paul McCartney

Paul McCartney was old by the time he decided to marry Nancy Shevell after their lavish affair of several months. These two Hollywood stars got hitched in October 2011. Nancy is Paul’s third wife so he chose to keep the wedding ceremony free of glamor. The two invited only thirty close friends, and the venue was London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall. Shevell was stunning in a long dress and simple makeup.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon

It seems odd that the Hollywood diva Mariah Carey secretly married Nick Cannon, and did not let her fans and journalists know about the ceremony. The two tied the knot back in April 2008 at the Mariah’s residence in the Bahamas. It featured a couple of guests, and I am sure Carey’s companion Jack Russell Terrier was also invited. The love birds greatly cut down on expenses. The two wore matching white-colored clothes. In 2011, they were blessed with twin babies.

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom

The successful model from Australia, Miranda Kerr, dated a few Hollywood actors for several years. Her relationship with Orlando Bloom started in 2007. Later on, in July 2010 the couple got married. It was widely assumed that this is going to be an expensive and lavish ceremony, but the two celebs chose to keep it private. After this, they spent vacations in the Caribbean before beginning routine life. Kerr was gifted with her first baby, Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom, after six months of marriage. It clearly indicates that she was pregnant at the time of her wedding.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green

It is true that Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have lots of money but they preferred to tie the knot secretly in Hawaii. The ceremony was arranged in 2010, and only four guests were invited. Fox and Austin made the headlines when they began dating each other in 2004. The two look very charming together regardless of the fact that there is a significant age gap.
